Skin Treatments
Meso + Microneedling
Microneedling and mesotherapy in one session — controlled injury plus the actives to feed the repair.
- Duration
- 75 minutes
- Downtime
- Redness like mild sunburn for 24–48 hours.
- Results
- Texture from 2 weeks; collagen change across 3 months.
- Sessions
- 4 sessions, 4 weeks apart

Microneedling creates thousands of micro-channels that trigger collagen induction. Those same channels are, for a short window, an open route into the dermis. Combining the two means the mesotherapy cocktail is delivered exactly when the skin is most receptive to it.
The combination gives a better result than either treatment alone for texture, pore size and overall skin quality. It is our default recommendation for patients committing to a course rather than a single session.
Benefits
- Greater collagen response than microneedling alone
- Actives absorbed at their point of maximum uptake
- Refines pores and evens skin texture
- One appointment rather than two

What happens during treatment
Consultation & patch review
Skin type, active breakouts and any recent procedures are checked before proceeding.
Numbing
Topical anaesthetic is applied for 30 minutes and the skin is thoroughly cleansed.
Microneedling
Needle depth is set per zone and the device is passed across the face in a controlled pattern.
Meso infusion & recovery
The cocktail is worked into the open channels and a calming mask is applied.
Common questions
Not over actively inflamed or pustular areas — needling through them risks spreading bacteria. We treat the acne first, then address the texture and scarring left behind.
