Exosomes Therapy

Exosomes are the messengers cells use to instruct one another. Concentrated and applied to skin that has just been micro-channelled, they deliver growth factors and signalling molecules directly into tissue that is primed to respond — amplifying the repair already under way.

This is the most advanced regenerative option we offer and the dose is chosen deliberately. Scalp protocols and facial protocols use different preparations, and the billion-count tiers reflect concentration rather than marketing. We will advise which tier is proportionate to your concern rather than defaulting to the highest.

Benefits

  • Amplifies the result of microneedling and laser
  • Reduces redness and shortens recovery after a procedure
  • Supports hair density when used on the scalp
  • No blood draw required, unlike PRP

What happens during treatment

  1. Consultation

The concern is assessed and an appropriate preparation and concentration is selected.

  2. Numbing & preparation

Topical anaesthetic is applied and the area is cleansed thoroughly.

  3. Delivery

Micro-channels are created and the exosome preparation is applied and massaged in.

  4. Aftercare

A barrier-supporting regimen and strict sun protection are given for 72 hours.

Common questions

PRP is made from your own blood on the day. Exosomes are a manufactured preparation with a standardised concentration and require no blood draw. Both stimulate repair; which suits you depends on your concern, your tolerance for a blood draw and your budget.

Not usually. The concentration should be proportionate to the concern. We will recommend the tier we think is justified and explain why.
