NAD+ Therapy
Intravenous NAD+ infusion supporting cellular energy production and DNA repair pathways.
- Duration
- 180 minutes
- Downtime
- None, though the infusion itself is long.
- Results
- Often within days; varies considerably between individuals.
- Sessions
- An initial course, then periodic maintenance

NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell uses to convert nutrients into energy and to run its DNA repair machinery. Levels decline steadily with age, and intravenous infusion restores them in a way oral supplementation struggles to match.
The evidence base here is younger than for most of what we offer, and we present it that way. Patients commonly report improved energy, mental clarity and sleep quality; the long-term anti-ageing claims made for NAD+ elsewhere are not yet settled science. We will explain what is established and what is not before you decide.
Benefits
- Supports mitochondrial energy production
- Involved in DNA repair and cellular maintenance
- Commonly reported improvement in clarity and energy
- Administered slowly with clinical monitoring

What happens during treatment
Consultation
History and medications are reviewed and the evidence base is explained honestly.
Cannulation
A cannula is placed and the infusion is started at a deliberately slow rate.
Slow infusion
NAD+ runs over 2–4 hours; the rate is adjusted for comfort throughout.
Review
Response is reviewed before any further sessions are scheduled.
Common questions
Infused quickly, NAD+ causes chest tightness, cramping and nausea. Running it slowly over several hours avoids that almost entirely, so we do not rush it.
Not settled. The biochemistry is well described and the cellular role of NAD+ is not in doubt, but the long-term human anti-ageing evidence is still emerging. We would rather you decide with that stated plainly.
